Dr. Lands is an accomplished musician, author, songwriter and instructor with a reach that extends locally and globally. He envisions the LBJ Marching Band, Concert Band, Choir, Orchestra, and Guitar Ensemble performing at the highest levels of state competition within the next 3-5 years. Even more importantly, he sees students walking with renewed confidence in every area of life-- rooted in their heritage, proud of their identity, and boldly carrying LBJ ECHS into what's NEXT!   For Dr. Lands, excellence is the only acceptable standard!
